| dc.description | El objetivo de este estudio es analizar la incidencia de una cultura organizacional con enfoque humanista en la retención del talento humano. Se aplicó una metodología cualitativa, descriptiva, con diseño no experimental y de corte transversal. Se obtuvo información de la empresa DurazNet, mediante entrevistas y observación directa a la gerencia y colaboradores. Como principal resultado, se evidenció que el 85 % del personal se siente valorado y satisfecho, lo cual respalda la hipótesis planteada sobre la influencia positiva de la cultura humanista en la permanencia del talento. Se concluye que fomentar valores como el respeto y la dignidad incide favorablemente en la cohesión, compromiso y estabilidad del equipo de trabajo. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this study is to analyze the impact of a humanistic organizational culture on talent retention. A qualitative, descriptive methodology was applied, with a non-experimental and cross-sectional design. Information was obtained from the company DurazNet through interviews and direct observation of management and staff. The main result showed that 85% of employees feel valued and satisfied, which supports the hypothesis regarding the positive influence of a humanistic culture on employee retention. It is concluded that promoting values such as respect and dignity positively affects team cohesion, commitment, and workforce stability. | |
