| dc.description | El trabajo de titulación sobre la propuesta es la implementación de un mercado multifuncional, en la provincia del Guayas se basa en dos ejes fundamentales. El primer eje consiste en un plan de ubicación territorial, que incluye la dotación técnica de: La ubicación del proyecto, la estimación del número de empleos que el proyecto dará a la comunidad, los beneficios a largo plazo proyecto y el impacto mínimo a la flora y fauna del sector. El segundo eje, pretende resolver el problema habitacional existente, las construcciones actuales o cercanas al sitio, la capacitación del terreno para optimizarla para el proyecto y cualquier percance que afecte de forma negativas a la mayoría de los moradores de la comunidad. | es |
