| dc.description | Actualmente, en General Villamil Playas existe una escasa infraestructura hotelera que acoja a la demanda de este sector, que ha tenido un gran impulso de desarrollo turístico a raíz de la Provincialización de la Península de Santa Elena en el año 2007. Como resultado de dicho problema existente, se ha realizado un estudio de factibilidad para la implementación de hosterías en Playas. Para ello, se ha realizado un estudio minucioso en el cual se analizan factores determinantes como la oferta actual, la demanda y sus necesidades insatisfechas, las oportunidades y ventajas que ofrece el sector, los antecedentes, entre otras cosas. Para obtener la información, fue necesario recurrir a diversas fuentes, además de realizar encuestas a las personas que visitan Playas, y entrevistas a funcionarios públicos del sector. Estos mecanismos tienen como objetivo orientar a inversionistas para generar una solución que satisfaga la demanda a través de una propuesta de alojamiento diferente, innovadora y competitiva. | es |
