EL LIDERAZGO COMO FACTOR CLAVE Y SU INCIDENCIA EN LA MOTIVACIÓN LABORAL DE LA CONCESIONARIA VEHICULAR “G y M”

Abstract

This research adopts a qualitative approach through a bibliographic and literature review. The objective of this study is to analyze the key aspects that constitute leadership, with the aim of determining its impact on work motivation at the “G y M” dealership. The main finding revealed that empathetic leadership increases motivation, satisfaction, and commitment, whereas authoritarian styles lead to demotivation and high turnover. It is concluded that leadership is crucial for improving the work environment and organizational performance, being essential for emotional well-being and employee retention. The absence of surveys was a limitation, and mixed-method studies are recommended for future research.
