| dc.description | El presente proyecto de titulación se basa en una propuesta de intervención arquitectónica para personas con movilidad reducida en Samborondón-Salitre. Este proyecto contiene un análisis de áreas y espacios existentes para identificar el equipo. y estructura necesaria para las terapias realizadas en el centro. Al mismo tiempo, a través de una propuesta integral, este proyecto pretende satisfacer los requisitos previamente fundados, generando Criterios arquitectónicos según los usuarios y sus necesidades. Para recopilar información, se realizaron encuestas a los padres de los niños que asisten al centro, para verificar aspectos sujetos a Intervención para mejorar la calidad de vida. Como resultado, obtuvimos un proyecto que cumple con los estándares de inclusión, Modularidad y bioclimática. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | The present titling Project is based on an architectural intervention proposal for people with reduced mobility in Samborondón-Salitre. This Project contains an analysis of areas and spaces existed in order to identify the equipment and structure needed for the therapies carried out in the center. At the same time, through an integral proposal this project pretend to satisfy requirements previously founded, generating architectural criteria according to the users and their needs. To gather information, surveys were made to the parents of the children who attend the center, to verify aspects subject to intervention in order to improve quality life. As a result, we obtained a project which meets the standards of inclusiveness, modularity and bioclimatic. | es |
