| dc.description | El estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar el impacto de la falta de cohesión entre las estrategias de transformación digital y los factores culturales organizacionales, con la finalidad de identificar los elementos culturales críticos que permitan integrar ambos procesos de forma efectiva. Se adoptó un enfoque cualitativo con diseño documental exploratorio e interpretación crítica de literatura científica reciente. El principal resultado muestra que la transformación digital puede fracasar si no se alinea con los valores, creencias y prácticas culturales existentes. Se concluye que una cultura organizacional sólida y abierta al cambio es indispensable para lograr una transformación digital sostenible y efectiva. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this study was to analyze the impact of the lack of cohesion between digital transformation strategies and organizational cultural factors, with the aim of identifying critical cultural components that support the effective integration of both processes. A qualitative approach was employed, using an exploratory documentary design and critical analysis of recent scientific literature. The main finding reveals that digital transformation efforts are likely to fail if they are not aligned with existing values, beliefs, and cultural practices. It is concluded that a strong and adaptable organizational culture is essential for achieving a sustainable and successful digital transformation | |
