dc.descriptionGuayaquil es la ciudad que más estudiantes universitarios recibe del país. Sin embargo, la oferta dealojamiento estudiantil es insuficiente para la cantidad y calidad de universidades de la ciudad. Además,los estudiantes interprovinciales se ven afectados en su día a día por las dificultades de vivir en unaciudad grande como Guayaquil. La investigación examina las implicaciones alrededor del tema, toma encuenta los puntos de vista de estudiantes y analiza casos análogos. La propuesta plantea un diseño deuna residencia estudiantil que atienda estas necesidades y ofrezca un espacio y servicios que denconfort, seguridad y una mejor calidad de vida. Además de proveer de alojamiento, el proyecto se proponeformar parte de la vida de los estudiantes e impulsar a que lleven al máximo su experiencia universitaria.es
dc.description.abstractGuayaquil is the city that receives the most university students in the country. However, the studentaccommodation offer is insufficient for the quantity and quality of universities in the city. Furthermore,interprovincial students are affected on their daily lives by the difficulties of living in a large city likeGuayaquil. The research examines the implications around the topic, takes into consideration thestudents opinions and analyzes similar cases. The project proposes a design for a students' residencethat meets these needs by offering a space and services that provide comfort, security and a betterquality of life. In addition to providing accommodation, the project aims to be part of the students' lives,encourage and support them to maximize their university experiencees
