| dc.description | La implementación del servicio Hallo PYMES, orientado a micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas en Ecuador, tiene como objetivo principal ofrecer conectividad segura, escalable y con respaldo local, optimizando el acceso a internet de calidad para el sector empresarial. El objetivo del presente caso de negocio es integrar Hallo PYMES al modelo de franquicias actual, aprovechando infraestructura existente para un despliegue rápido y con inversión moderada. Una adecuada implementación, estructurada en cinco fases, permite garantizar la calidad del servicio, la sostenibilidad del modelo y el cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos mediante medidas de mitigación de riesgos internos y externos. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The implementation of the Hallo PYMES service, aimed at micro, small, and medium-sized businesses in Ecuador, aims to offer secure, scalable, and locally supported connectivity, optimizing access to quality internet for the business sector. The objective of this business case is to integrate Hallo PYMES into the current franchise model, leveraging existing infrastructure for rapid deployment and a moderate investment. Proper implementation, structured in five phases, ensures service quality, the sustainability of the model, and the achievement of strategic objectives through internal and external risk mitigation measures. | |
