| dc.description | Los instrumentos internacionales establecen los parámetros que los Estados Parte deben adoptar en su normativa interna con la finalidad de garantizar los Derechos Humanos y crear una armonización sistemática entre las legislaciones de los diversos países. Este artículo evalúa los tratados referente a la movilidad humana para analizar si efectivamente la legislación ecuatoriana cumple con los estándares establecidos por la comunidad internacional. Debido a que existen múltiples instrumentos internacionales respecto al tema, se enfocó este estudio en los tratados más relevantes. Para efectos del análisis, se divide el contenido de la investigación en las diversas figuras jurídicas que componen el fenómeno de movilidad humana. Asimismo, la presente investigación es un estudio cualitativo que se basó en la recopilación y análisis de fuentes bibliográficas. | dc.description.abstract | The international treaties establish the parameters that the States Parties must adopt in their internal regulations in order to guarantee Human Rights and create a systematic harmonization between the legislations of the different countries. This article evaluates the treaties related to human mobility to analyze whether Ecuadorian legislation meets the standards established by the international community. Because there are multiple international instruments on the subject, this study focused on the most relevant treaties. For purposes of the analysis, the content of the investigation is divided into the various legal figures that make up the phenomenon of human mobility. Likewise, the present investigation is a qualitative study that was based on the collection and analysis of bibliographic sources. A comparative and contrast study was made between the international instruments signed by Ecuador and the different bodies that make up the country's legal system. | es |
