| dc.description | El objetivo general de este estudio fue analizar el impacto de las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación (TIC) en el aprendizaje de estudiantes de séptimo grado en la Unidad Educativa Jesús del Gran Poder, Azuay. Se empleó una metodología mixta, combinando encuestas cuantitativas a estudiantes y entrevistas cualitativas a docentes, para evaluar el acceso equitativo a las TIC, la motivación estudiantil y la relación entre el uso de TIC y el rendimiento académico. Los resultados mostraron que el uso de TIC mejora significativamente el rendimiento académico, la motivación y la participación de los estudiantes. Las herramientas digitales facilitaron un acceso más amplio a recursos educativos y métodos de enseñanza más interactivos y participativos. Las conclusiones subrayan la importancia de integrar las TIC en el aula para potenciar la calidad educativa y sugieren la necesidad de políticas que garanticen un acceso equitativo a estas tecnologías, así como una formación continua para docentes. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The general objective of this study was to analyze the impact of Information and Communication Technologies (TICs) on the learning of seventh grade students at the Jesús del Gran Poder Educational Unit, Azuay. A mixed methodology was used, combining quantitative student surveys and qualitative teacher interviews, to evaluate equitable access to TICs, student motivation and the relationship between TICs use and academic performance. The results showed that the use of TICs significantly improved students' academic performance, motivation and participation. Digital tools facilitated wider access to educational resources and more interactive and participatory teaching methods. The conclusions underline the importance of integrating TICs in the classroom to enhance educational quality and suggest the need for policies that guarantee equitable access to these technologies, as well as continuous training for teachers. | |
