| dc.description | Este estudio buscó analizar cómo las tecnologías educativas pueden contribuir al desarrollo de la comprensión lectora en estudiantes de octavo, noveno y décimo grado de la Escuela Princesa Nankui. Se utilizó un método deductivo con un enfoque mixto, incluyendo investigaciones previas, encuestas y entrevistas, a través del análisis de datos cualitativos y cuantitativos. Los resultados principales revelaron que más de la mitad de los estudiantes enfrentan dificultades en comprender lo que leen debido a factores que afectan el compromiso; tales como, la falta de motivación, la escasez de práctica lectora y la vergüenza al leer en público. A pesar de las limitaciones, se confirma el potencial de las tecnologías educativas como una estrategia efectiva y atractiva para desarrollar la comprensión lectora, respaldando así la hipótesis inicial. Como resultado se diseñó una propuesta de capacitación destinada a los docentes. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This study sought to analyze how educational technologies can contribute to the development of reading comprehension in eighth, ninth and tenth grade students at the Princess Nankui School. A deductive method was used with a mixed approach, including previous research, surveys and interviews, through the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data. The main results revealed that more than half of the students face difficulties in understanding what they read due to factors that affect engagement; such as, lack of motivation, lack of reading practice and embarrassment when reading in public. Despite the limitations, the potential of educational technologies as an effective and attractive strategy to develop reading comprehension is confirmed, thus supporting the initial hypothesis. As a result, a training proposal was designed for teachers. | |
