ESTRATEGIAS DE GESTIÓN PARA FORTALECER LA INCLUSIÓN EDUCATIVA EN LA UNIDAD EDUCATIVA COMUNITARIA INTERCULTURAL BILINGÜE PASUCA

Abstract

This work focuses on identifying the practices of teachers and students in the area of inclusive education at the Pasuca Bilingual Intercultural Educational Unit, where there are several problems caused by the lack of resources, materials and attention from the authorities, which limits teacher training, specialists to work on inclusion issues, attention to students with educational needs, in addition to the lack of attention from parents on strengthening educational inclusion, in the face of this problem a qualitative methodology is applied focused on direct observation of students in the second, third and fourth year of Elementary Basic Education, interviews with teachers and parents, obtaining as results the lack of materials to guarantee educational inclusion to students, as well as professional training in teachers, who must fight with the problems, forgotten by the authorities and with little interest in the subject.
