| dc.description | Dentro del Código Orgánico Integral Penal, se han establecido las escalas de intoxicación, por consumo de bebidas alcohólicas, cuyo resultado es la pérdida de conciencia, voluntad y capacidades motoras, intelectuales e incluso físicas de las personas. La escala establecida fue diseñada a partir del nivel de alcohol por litro de sangre que se encuentre en una persona ebria, medido en gramos. Según lo mencionado en líneas anteriores, el simple hecho de conducir un automóvil, en estado de embriaguez, es una de las contravenciones de tránsito más graves que existen; encontrándose ésta reprimida, señalada y tipificada en el artículo 385 del C.O.I.P. La metodología a emplear en el desarrollo de la investigación es la analítica descriptiva, por cuanto se analizarán y describirán los fenómenos jurídicos correspondientes a la ingesta de alcohol y como esta afecta a la población en general, debido al alto índice de accidentes de tránsito en la provincia del Guayas bajo los efectos de esta droga. En cuanto al análisis de los resultados y discusión de los mismos se realizarán encuestas y entrevistas, que posterior serán desarrolladas en el acápite correspondiente y que servirán de sustento en el desarrollo del presente documento investigativo | |
| dc.description.abstract | Within the Integral Organic Criminal Code, scales of intoxication have been established, due to the consumption of alcoholic beverages, the result of which is the loss of consciousness, will and motor abilities, intellectual and even physical abilities of people. The established scale was designed based on the level of alcohol per liter of blood found in a drunk person, measured in grams. According to what was mentioned in previous lines, the sole act of driving a car, while intoxicated, is one of the most serious traffic violations that exists. This is punished, identified and typified in article 385 of the COIP. The methodology to be used in the development of the research is descriptive analytics, since the legal phenomena, corresponding to alcohol intake will be analyzed and described, as well as how it affects the population in general, due to the high rate of traffic accidents in the province of Guayas under the effects of this drug. Regarding the analysis of the results and discussion thereof, surveys and interviews will be carried out, which will later be developed in the corresponding section and which will serve as support in the development of this investigative document. | |
