dc.descriptionLa investigación abordó la problemática de las organizaciones en relación al poco aprovechamiento de las redes sociales como recurso de crecimiento y comunicación asertiva. Se aplicó la metodología, Estudio de caso, por lo que se tomó como referente a la ONG. Narices Rojas. El estudio in situ permitió detectar las debilidades de comunicación de la misma, debido al manejo poco organizado de la red social Facebook. Como propuesta de solución se diseñó un Plan de comunicación online que permitió paliar la problemática y potenciar las fortalezas y oportunidades de Narices Rojas.es
dc.description.abstractThe research addresed the issues of organizations with regards to the underutilization of social media as a resource for growth and assertive communication. A case study methodology was applied using the non-profit Narices Rojas as a reference. The on-site study allowed the discovery of weaknesses in the institution's communication due to the mismanagement of its Facebook account. As a suggested solution, an online communications program was proposed, which alleviated the problem enhanced the strengths and opportunities for Narices Rojas.es
