| dc.description | Dentro del presente trabajo investigativo se desarrollará el análisis acerca a los derechos susceptibles por parte de las personas jurídicas, los bienes jurídicos que poseen las personas jurídicas, poder diferenciar los derechos correspondientes a una persona natural de una persona jurídica, poder distinguir cuales son los derechos que son inherentes a los seres humanos por su calidad de humanos y los que son susceptibles para las personas jurídicas, para lo cual es importante comprender el origen de una persona jurídica, cómo está compuesta y cuales son los objetivos principales de estas. Es importante también distinguir entre los términos honra, honor, crédito y descrédito, cuales son los significados de cada uno de ellos y sobre quienes pueden recaer, es decir si son únicamente pertenecientes a un ser humano o una persona jurídica puede alegar la afectación a su honor o al descrédito. | es |
