| dc.description | Este ensayo defiende el criterio de que el pago de las regalías a la actividad minera debe esquematizarse bajo la misma estructura que lo hace para la mediana minería. Este cambio de estructura responde a la necesidad de garantizar la aplicación en la ley de minería de los principios constitucionales de proporcionalidad, igualdad y libe competencia, esto como una garantía para que las compañías en el Ecuador puedan mantener un equilibrio sostenible, y con ello garantizar su existencia propia en el mercado y de la cadena productiva que esta vinculada a la misma. Es necesario y urgente plantear una reforma a la ley de minería. | |

This change in structure is in response to the need to ensure the application of constitutional principles of proportionality, equality, and free competition in mining law.
