dc.descriptionLa causalidad y la teoría de la imputación objetiva deben ser entendidas como criterios de responsabilidad complementarios y no excluyentes. Para determinar la responsabilidad se deberá verificar los hechos desde una perspectiva natural y normativa para que sea posible su imputación a un sujeto. En los cursos causales es posible determinar la interferencia de conductas de terceros o de la misma víctima, que determinan consecuencias aún más graves que las iniciales. Por la complejidad de los casos, los mismos que han sido divido en tipos debido a sus propias características, ya que en virtud de dichas características es que se ha planteado su solución. El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad dar solución a aquellos casos complejos, que han sido materia de análisis para el Derecho Penal, desde la perspectiva de la teoría de la Imputación Objetiva y su criterio de análisis de acuerdo al examen ex ante y ex post, además de tomar en consideración el criterio doctrinal respecto a la misma teoría de la imputación objetivaes
dc.description.abstractThe causality and the theory of objective imputation should be understood as complementary and non-exclusive criteria of responsibility. In order to determine responsibility, the facts must be verified from a natural and normative perspective so that it can be attributed to a subject. In the causal courses, it is possible to determine the interference of third party behaviors or of the same victim, which determine consequences even more serious than the initial ones. Due to the complexity of the cases, the same ones that have been divided into types due to their own characteristics, since by virtue of these characteristics, their solution has been considered. This investigation has as purpose to give solution to those complex cases that have been matter of analysis from the perspective of the Theory of the Objective Imputation and its criterion of analysis according to its exam of imputation, besides to take into consideration the doctrinal criterion regarding the same theory of objective imputationes
