| dc.description | La reparación integral enfocada a los casos de discriminación y violencia de género pretende ser un mecanismo necesario y eficaz. Implícitamente contrae diversos aspectos a ser analizados en la presente investigación pero que en definitiva se proyecta a garantizar derechos consagrados en la Constitución de la República del Ecuador, y que de alguna forma u otra pretende resarcir referidos derechos. Se vio la necesidad de investigar esta interesante temática por cuanto el ordenamiento jurídico ecuatoriano carece de una específica regulación sobre la reparación integral. Muy por el contrario, se expresa un mandato amplio y general, conforme se lo evidencia en la Constitución, la Ley Orgánica de Garantías Jurisdiccionales y Control Constitucional, e incluso, en la jurisprudencia ecuatoriana. En virtud de esto se busca el estudio de la reparación integral y el análisis en la jurisprudencia nacional e internacional para reflexionar cómo se repara en la práctica y si realmente es eficaz. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | Integral reparation focused on cases of discrimination and gender violence pretends to be a neccessary and effective mechanism. It implicitly contracts various aspects to be analyzed in the present investigation but that definitely focuses to guarantee rights enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, and that one way or another intends to compensate referred rights. The need to investigate this interesting subject was seen because the Ecuadorian legal system lacks of an specific regulation on the integral reparation. Quite the contrary, a broad and general mandate is expressed, as evidenced in the Constitution, the Organic Law of Jurisdictional Guarantees and Constitutional Control, and even, in Ecuadorian jurisprudence. In virtue of this, the study of integral reparation and analysis in national and international jurisprudence is sought to reflect how to repair in practice and if it is really effective. | es |
