| dc.description | El estudio titulado "El impacto de exigir el pago de pensiones desde la citación en la legítima defensa y la seguridad jurídica" analiza cómo la carga procesal en los tribunales de familia, debido a la gran cantidad de demandas de pensiones alimenticias, afecta el derecho a la legítima defensa de los demandados. A través de una metodología cualitativa, se investiga el impacto de las normas sobre pensiones alimenticias en la capacidad de los demandados para defenderse adecuadamente. Los resultados muestran que la acumulación de pensiones provisionales y la falta de personal administrativo afectan la calidad de las decisiones judiciales, comprometiendo la equidad y el debido proceso. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The study titled "The Impact of Requiring Child Support Payments from Citation on Legal Defense and Legal Security" examines how the caseload in family courts, due to the high volume of child support claims, affects the right to a proper legal defense for defendants. Through a qualitative methodology, the research explores the impact of child support regulations on defendants' ability to adequately defend themselves. The findings show that the accumulation of provisional support payments and the lack of administrative staff negatively affect the quality of judicial decisions, compromising fairness and due process. | |
