| dc.description | En Ecuador emergen casos de violencia de género y en otros ámbitos, los cuales representa una violación grave a los Derechos Humanos, afectando gravemente el bienestar físico, psicológico y general de la persona que sufre dichas acciones. Por ello que, la norma ha establecido distintos mecanismos de reparación integral a la víctima con el fin de compensar o resarcir el daño ocasionado, en el ámbito penal fue ampliada esta figura con le reforma del Código Orgánico Integral Penal. Por lo que, en la presente investigación se hace un examen y estudio a la eficacia de la reparación integral a las víctimas de casos de violencia de género con sentencias del 2021 en la ciudad de Guayaquil- Ecuador, a fin de revisar su eficacia en dichos casos, valorándose por medio de la aplicación de métodos de recolección de datos como es la entrevista, practicada a profesionales en el Derecho Penal, de las cuales se desprendieron resultados que llevaron a la realización de las conclusiones en esta investigación. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In Ecuador, cases of gender and environmental violence emerge, which represent a serious violation of Human Rights, others seriously arising from the physical, psychological and general well-being of the person who suffers said actions. For this 2 reason, the norm has established different mechanisms of integral reparation to the victim to compensate or compensate the damage caused, in the criminal field this figure was expanded with the reform of the Comprehensive Organic Criminal Code. Therefore, in the present investigation an examination and study is made of the effectiveness of comprehensive reparation for victims of cases of gender violence with sentences of 2021 in the city of Guayaquil-Ecuador, in order to review its effectiveness in said cases. cases, being valued through the application of data collection methods such as the interview, conducted with professionals in Criminal Law, from which results emerged that led to the conclusions in this investigation. | |
