Abstract

Una vez que se implementó el Código Orgánico Administrativo dentro de nuestra nación, se desencadeno una diversidad de cambios dentro del Derecho Administrativo, entre ellos se pudo identificar la integración del Procedimiento Administrativo Sancionador, siendo caracterizado como una herramienta que permita ejercer el ejercicio del derecho sancionador dentro del marco jurídico para con las administraciones públicas. No obstantes, este trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo poder identificar la aplicación del derecho administrativo sancionador en los casos de indisciplina laboral por parte de la Policía Nacional del Ecuador, de tal forma, se establecerá cuales son los procedimientos y argumentos jurídicos adecuado para el cumplimiento de la defensa de un sumario administrativo sancionador.
