dc.descriptionEl dilema de la eutanasia, permite establecer los restos del presente hacia el futuro sobre la terminación de la vida. Del análisis del sistema sanitario y del Sumak Kawsay, se extrae la valoración del derecho a la autonomía y a la dignidad del enfermo terminal, ante tal exposición la investigación se estructuró en cinco partes: (i) la perspectiva e inducción investigativa. (ii) la conceptualización doctrinaria y jurídica. (iii) la metodología aplicada y desarrollada. (iv) la investigación. (v) el corolario y derivación de la investigación. Determinándose que si bien es cierto que la eutanasia remite a las creencias más transcendentales, el enfoque tomado constituye y coadyuva a resaltar la valoración de la vida.es
dc.description.abstractThe dilemma of euthanasia, allows for the remains of the present into the future on the termination of life. An analysis of the health system and Sumak Kawsay, valuation of the right to autonomy and dignity of the terminally ill is removed, exposure to such research was structured in five parts: (i) induction and research perspective. (ii) the doctrinal and legal conceptualization. (iii) the methodology applied and developed. (iv) research. (v) and the corollary derivation of the investigation. Determining if it is true that euthanasia refers to the most transcendental beliefs, the approach taken is and helps to highlight the value of life.es
