| dc.description | El presente estudio tiene por objetivo establecer la importancia de la preservación del lugar de los hechos en los casos de accidentabilidad vial, con fines de conservar intacto los indicios y elementos de valoración que permiten determinar conclusiones en escenas de accidentes de tránsito. Luego, en la aplicación de procedimientos eficientes para evaluar científicamente la escena de un accidente, se desarrolló la redacción teórica sobre terminologías y conceptos vinculados en las actividades de recopilación de la información geométrica, lateral y gráfica. La metodología de la investigación tiene un enfoque cualitativo, observacional y descriptivo, con análisis de los documentos e información obtenida en la Agencia Nacional de Tránsito ATN, Ecu 911 y fuentes autorizadas. La investigación propone un manual de preservación del lugar de los hechos que se sustente en la aplicación de tecnología que permita establecer discusiones y conclusiones sobre medios probatorios imparciales para orientar las decisiones del juzgador en las instancias de impartir justicia. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this study is to establish the importance of preservation the place of events in cases of road accidents in order to conservation the evidence and assessment elements that allow conclusions to be determined at traffic accident scenes. Then, in the application of efficient procedures to scientifically evaluate the scene of an accident, the theoretical writing on terminologies and concepts related to the activities of gathering geometric, lateral and graphic information was developed. The research methodology has a qualitative, observational and descriptive approach, with analysis of documents and information obtained from the National Traffic Agency ATN, Ecu 911 and authorized sources. The investigation proposes a manual for the preservation of the scene of the facts that is based on the application of technology that allows establishing discussions and conclusions on impartial evidence to guide the decisions of the judge in the instances of imparting justice.
