Se realiza un examen detallado de las implicaciones y desafíos que este derecho plantea, considerando tanto sus beneficios como sus posibles limitaciones, enfatizando la importancia de equilibrar los intereses de los accionistas existentes con la necesidad de atraer inversión y promover el desarrollo empresarial, enfocándose en su importancia en el mantenimiento de la equidad entre los accionistas y los desafíos que presenta. | |
