HORIZONTES EPISTEMOLÓGICOS DE LA ADMINISTRACIÓN PÚBLICA

Abstract

The study of the public administration is concerned with the Public Organizations that carry out the Administrative and State Management function as well as other public entities. Due to its activity, the public administration puts in direct contact the society with the Political Power, arriving to supply with the public interests of fast way and is mainly governed by the Executive Power, reason why it is necessary that exists as base Correct and concrete study of the Public Administration, so that public figures have different notions and in this way, perform better their work. On the other hand, the problem that is intended to solve with this research work is the lack of knowledge and importance that has existed with respect to the Public Administration in Ecuador. Within the general objective of this research is to develop an epistemological horizon of public administration, and thus to highlight the importance of its study at any educational level. To achieve this, it is intended to carry out a theoretical revision of the existing information of the same.
