| Resumen : | In this project one tries to analyze all the pros and the cons when a business wants to be implemented for the preventive maintenance of the cars also known as "Serviteca". For the development of the same one it was necessary to investigate it brings over of the risk and the benefit that they bring this business type with it to the moment to create them. Regarding the irrigation was necessary to realize surveys to identify that so high it is the need on the part of the future users and this way also to measure the acceptability that can manage to be had in the select sector. Also it is important to analyze the costs to be able to measure and detail the size of the investment and for this I work with the values most attached to the reality of the market. | Descripción : | En este proyecto se pretende analizar todos los pros y los contras cuando se quiere implementar un negocio para el mantenimiento preventivo de los carros también conocido como “Serviteca”. Para el desarrollo del mismo fue necesario investigar acerca del riesgo y el beneficio que este tipo de negocios traen consigo al momento de crearlos. En lo que se refiere al riego fue necesario realizar encuestas para identificar que tan alta es la necesidad por parte de los futuros usuarios y así también medir la aceptabilidad que se puede llegar a tener en el sector escogido. También es importante analizar los costos para poder medir y detallar el tamaño de la inversión y para esto se trabajo con los valores más apegados a la realidad del mercado. Por el otro lado consideramos los beneficios generales que se presentan al iniciar un negocio propio, también los beneficios específicos y ventajas que este proyecto brinda mediante un análisis de entorno tanto externo como interno. El análisis de tanto el riesgo como el beneficio de un negocio brinda un panorama más amplio en el momento de tomar la decisión de si ejecutar o no el proyecto. |
