Abstract

The following work is addressed to the inhabitants of the Monte Sinaí neighborhood. This aims to contribute to the social and housing development of the city of Guayaquil, through the proposal of a housing development project that seeks to solve the problem of illegality and irregular use of land and land in the area of Monte Sinaí. . This project seeks to solve the housing irregularity from a modular housing project developed in a steel structure, creating homes that meet the minimum standards of habitat and comfort. The research will be carried out under the mixed research approach, in this way the collection of information and both quantitative and qualitative data will be applied, which can represent a broader and deeper perspective on the sustainable and incremental housing design of modular homes in Monte Sinaí. , Guayaquil.
