PROPUESTA DE DISEÑO ARQUITECTÓNICO DE UN CENTRO DE CAPACITACIÓN Y FINCA AGROECOLÓGICA EN PROGRES

Abstract

This undergraduate thesis to obtain the degree of architecture and design, is focused on the design of a training center and agroecological farm located in Juan Gómez Rendón. At present there is no agroecological farm that provides the service of a training center for organic farming in the Juan Gómez Rendón parish. The parish is known for its high percentage of families living from agriculture. The development of a proposal that helps interested people to learn about their work, and at the same time encourage them to become small / medium producers, was considered important. A farm composed of three zones was projected: administrative, training center and agroecological farm (production). Great importance was given to the green spaces that connect the zones, which have the function of waiting and exhibition areas. The methodology used was quantitative and qualitative, within the quantitative one a survey was carried out, and in the qualitative one interviews were carried out.
