Abstract

Organic farming seeks to maximize use of natural resources through a system of production viable and productive, giving most importance to the conservation and rehabilitation of the environment and their time protecting human health. Today there is a growing organic consumers because they care about their health and agriculture with responsibility for the environment, so there is a high demand for organic products in developed and in some ways countries have fostered in local markets in Latin America, therefore organic products have the potential to enter markets. The work is to present the opportunity for diversification involves food market concentrating on the Ecuadorian PYMES.
