dc.descriptionEn la actualidad, el clima laboral ha cobrado gran importancia a nivel organizacional, por lo tanto, las compañías a nivel mundial han decido mejorar y garantizar el ambiente laboral donde se desempeñan sus colaboradores. No obstante, el área de talento humano dentro de las empresas no solo se limita a reclutar, seleccionar personal, evaluar el desempeño, sino que ofrece una retroalimentación de los resultados y rendimiento de la organización. Sin embargo, surge la interrogante: ¿Cuánto de este resultado depende de la gestión de talento humano? Los diferentes subsistemas que componen el área de talento humano le otorgan gran validez a este departamento, pues fomenta el desarrollo de las personas, y es justamente esta interacción la que impacta en la satisfacción y motivación de los empleados. El presente trabajo de investigación cualitativa tiene como objetivo identificar la labor y gestión del área de talento humano en el clima laboral de las organizaciones, analizando los diferentes ámbitos de la misma para determinar como el clima laboral incide en las organizaciones mediante una revisión teórica; donde finalmente se concluye que el clima laboral incide en el rendimiento y la productividad de los colaboradores, y de ahí la importancia de una adecuada gestión del talento humano con el fin de contribuir a la consecución de los objetivos de la organización.es
dc.description.abstractAt present, the work climate has gained great importance at the organizational level, therefore, companies worldwide have decided to improve and guarantee the work environment where their employees work. However, the area of human talent within companies is not limited to recruiting, selecting staff, evaluating performance, but offering feedback on organizational performance and performance. However, the question arises: How much of this result depends on the management of human talent? The different subsystems that make up the area of human talent give this department great validity, since it promotes the development of the people, and it is precisely this interaction that impacts on the satisfaction and motivation of the employees. The present qualitative research work aims to identify the work and management of the human talent area in the work environment of the organizations, analyzing the different areas of the same to determine how the work climate affects the organizations through a theoretical revision; which finally concludes that the work climate affects the performance and productivity of employees, and hence the importance of an adequate management of human talent in order to contribute to the achievement of the organization's objectives.es
