El desarrollo del aprendizaje es la forma en la que el niño aprende conocimientos, habilidades y aptitudes. El objetivo principal de la presente investigación fue determinar de qué manera influyen las habilidades sociales en el desarrollo del aprendizaje en niños de 3 a 6 años en el Centro de Desarrollo Infantil “Tía Uchy”. Para la obtención de resultados se empleó una metodología mixta, es de cohorte transversal, de alcance correlacional; para ello se utilizó la encuesta de las Habilidades Sociales según Goldstein, por otra parte, para medir el desarrollo del aprendizaje se usó los informes académicos de los niveles de Inicial 1 A-B, Inicial 2 A-B y Primero de Básica. El tamaño de muestra fue de 79 niños de edades de comprendidas de 3 a 6 años del Centro de Desarrollo Infantil “Tía Uchy” ubicado en el cantón Guayas. Dicha investigación responde a la pregunta de investigación en donde se rechaza la hipótesis nula y se acepta la hipótesis alternativa, esto quiere decir que las habilidades sociales inciden en el desarrollo del aprendizaje en niños de 3 a 6 años en el Centro de Desarrollo Infantil “Tía Uchy”. Para futuras investigaciones se puede crear estrategias para que los docentes apliquen dichas estrategias dentro del salón de clases.Social skills are the set of skills that the human being develops in the first years of life to obtain a favorable environment in a social and intrapersonal context.
