La creciente demanda de servicios odontológicos en el mercado actual exige mejoras significativas en la capacidad de respuesta del centro odontológico.The project focused on identifying a strategic opportunity for the Odontología al Día dental clinic, selecting the most viable alternative to optimize resources and increase organizational productivity. Within the framework of the strategic analysis, three main alternatives were evaluated, addressing different critical areas of the clinic. After a thorough analysis of costs, benefits, risks, and financial return, the most relevant alternative for the dental clinic was determined.
