Se estudia y describe las ventajas que surgen de un trabajo conjunto entre el Estado a través del Ministerio de Agricultura, Ganadería, Acuacultura y Pesca y comunidades agrícolas debidamente preparadas para trabajar acorde a un plan de negocios alineado con la producción de biocombustible, que ya está en su primera fase de ejecución y es un eje fundamental para el éxito de la nueva matriz productiva del país. Este paper explica los antecedentes que conllevan a la creación de esta alianza dándole un soporte teórico a través de conceptos de responsabilidad social, soporte legal a través de la Constitución y Plan del Buen Vivir y finalmente un soporte práctico con el ejemplo del Programa Nacional de Agroenergía con su convenio con cuatro asociaciones de agricultores de Naranjal para sembrar caña de azúcar y ser usada en la elaboración de bioetanol, el cual es un componente del biocombustible.The purpose of this academic essay is to analyze the inclusive business and the importance they have in a society, focusing on the economic, social and environmental benefits. This paper studies and describes the advantages arising from a joint effort between the State, through the Ministry of Agriculture, and rural communities duly prepared to work according to a business plan aligned with the production of biofuel. This plan is already running in its first phase and it is a fundamental axis to the success of the productive matrix of Ecuador.
