Se utilizó una metodología mixta, combinando encuestas a docentes, entrevistas a estudiantes y observaciones en el aula para recopilar datos. Los resultados revelaron que los talleres didácticos integradores han mejorado significativamente el rendimiento académico y el desarrollo socioemocional de los estudiantes con NEE. Los docentes calificaron estos talleres como muy efectivos, destacando su papel en la promoción de un ambiente de aprendizaje activo y colaborativo. Sin embargo, también se identificó la necesidad de más recursos y adaptaciones curriculares para optimizar los beneficios de los talleres. En conclusión, los talleres didácticos integradores son una estrategia valiosa para la inclusión educativa, aunque se requiere una mayor inversión en recursos educativos especializados.The objective of this research was to evaluate the impact of integrative didactic workshops on the performance and learning of students with specific educational needs (SEN) at the Unidad Educativa Veinticinco de Junio in Cantón Pichincha. A mixed methodology was used, combining surveys of teachers, interviews with students, and classroom observations to collect data. The results revealed that the integrative didactic workshops have significantly improved the academic performance and socio-emotional development of students with SEN. Teachers rated these workshops as highly effective, highlighting their role in promoting an active and collaborative learning environment. However, the need for more resources and curricular adaptations to optimize the benefits of the workshops was also identified.
