La metodología utilizada fue un enfoque mixto, que combinó métodos cuantitativos y cualitativos mediante encuestas y entrevistas para recopilar datos. Se realizaron análisis estadísticos y cualitativos para interpretar los resultados. El estudio concluye que la tecnología desempeña un papel importante en el aprendizaje en línea, con actitudes generalmente positivas hacia las herramientas tecnológicas. Sin embargo, se identificaron desafíos relacionados con la infraestructura, como la conectividad a Internet, y factores pedagógicos, como la capacidad de mantener la atención en entornos virtuales. Estos problemas sugieren que, aunque la tecnología es valiosa, puede no ser igualmente efectiva para todos; la investigación destaca la importancia de estrategias de enseñanza efectivas, asesoría pedagógica y fomento de la interacción social para abordar los desafíos identificados.The general objective of this study is to analyze the impact of the use of technology on the learning of tenth year high school students at the Admiral Illingworth Naval Academy, addressing the importance and challenges of online learning. The methodology used was a mixed approach, combining quantitative and qualitative methods through surveys and interviews to collect data. Statistical and qualitative analyses were conducted to interpret the results. The study concludes that technology plays an important role in online learning, with generally positive attitudes towards technological tools. However, challenges related to infrastructure, such as Internet connectivity, and pedagogical factors, such as the ability to sustain attention in virtual environments, were identified. These issues suggest that while technology is valuable, it may not be equally effective for everyone; the research highlights the importance of effective teaching strategies, pedagogical coaching, and fostering social interaction to address the challenges identified.esTecnología EducativaAprendizaje en LíneaEnseñanza MixtaThesis
