Parrales Escalante, Simón BolívarArreaga Salazar, Carlos Julio2017-09-122017-09-122015-02http://repositorio.uees.edu.ec/123456789/1719Los convenios de cooperación interinstitucional son frecuentemente establecidos al inicio de la decisión de reconstruir un sistema sanitario a partir del año 2009; SOLCA Núcleo Machala se vio en la necesidad de firmar convenio con el Ministerio de Salud Pública desde el año 2011, esta relación estableció acuerdos que beneficiaron a los usuarios con diagnóstico de cáncer o con alta sospecha de padecerlo, con la implementación del Tarifario de Prestaciones y con el Sistema de Referencia – Contra referencia, se procedió a la atención médica y al reconocimiento de sus valores económico; la presente investigación de carácter descriptivo, retrospectivo del año 2012 dio resultados como el de conocer que los rubros que sobrepasan los $120,000.00 son los de medicamento ($200,577.49), le sigue laboratorio e imagenología ($139,738.47) y procedimiento técnico médico ($129,015.89); estas tres prestaciones suman $469,331.85 y tienen un aporte del 73.91% en el total general de $634,994.68 para el año 2012.
