Con un enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental, se investigó la percepción de 41 trabajadores mediante cuestionarios estructurados. Los resultados indican que el 56% de los encuestados perciben un incremento en la eficiencia operativa debido a la digitalización, reflejando una tendencia favorable. Sin embargo, el 20% mantiene una posición neutral, posiblemente por falta de evidencia tangible, mientras que el 25% expresa una opinión negativa, lo que sugiere desafíos en la implementación de tecnologías. Estas opiniones destacan la necesidad de superar obstáculos como la resistencia al cambio, la falta de capacitación en nuevas tecnologías y los altos costos asociados. En conclusión, la transformación digital enfrenta retos significativos, pero también ofrece oportunidades clave para mejorar la seguridad y eficacia operativa. La adopción de infraestructura tecnológica adecuada, herramientas de gestión digital y programas de formación resulta crucial para maximizar los beneficios de la digitalización en el sector.
