A través de la entrevista a la jefatura de adquisiciones y el informe aprobado se revisó la aplicación de las recomendaciones por parte de la unidad a los procesos de contratación de bienes, servicios y consultoría, esta aplicación refleja la optimización de las adquisiciones para que la unidad de negocio atienda las necesidades de los clientes de la provincia. Los resultados exponen que existe la aplicación de las recomendaciones en todos los procesos de contratación analizados y que existen recomendaciones que no han sido aplicadas, puesto que por su necesidad no han sido nuevamente objeto de contratación. La optimización de procesos a través de la aplicación de las recomendaciones, hace que la entidad tenga una atención más oportuna a los requerimientos de la ciudadanía para mejorar la calidad de vida de los clientes y conseguir la satisfacción de la necesidad que tienen los actuales y la ampliación del servicio con nuevos clientes, a través de sus redes de distribución del servicio eléctrico.The objective of this study is to analyze the recommendations issued by the General Comptroller of the State, to the National Electricity Corporation, in the Manabí Business Unit. Through the interview with the head of acquisitions and the approved report, the application of the recommendations by the unit to the procurement processes for goods, services and consultancy was reviewed. This application reflects the optimization of acquisitions so that the unit of business meets the needs of customers in the province. The results show that there is an application of the recommendations in all the contracting processes analyzed and that there are recommendations that have not been applied, since due to their necessity they have not been contracted again.
