En este contexto, se plantea el análisis de un curso masivo, abierto y en línea (MOOC) como estrategia para mejorar el aprendizaje de Ciencias Naturales en estudiantes de sexto año de educación básica de la Unidad Educativa Salinas Innova, en el cantón Salinas. Este recurso busca hacer las clases más dinámicas, incentivar la investigación y fomentar el aprendizaje autónomo. El estudio examina los métodos pedagógicos empleados y las dificultades que influyen en la calidad educativa. Mediante un enfoque mixto, cualitativo y cuantitativo, se aplicarán encuestas a docentes, autoridades y estudiantes.
