Abstract

This work aims to facilitate the understanding of responsibility in education and health from the theoretical point of view as a driver of social inclusion policy in the general population, which will develop the study of the good life and sustainable development and at the same time existing information on the evolution of the concept of responsibility in education and health, helping to create a more responsible society concerned with the future, identifying the problems of population under 18 years, mainly those receiving the BDH will be analyzed. This arises because mothers lack training on their responsibilities in the use of the bonus in the education of their children at school age, whose testing and results will be measured through surveys. It will help to minimize the problem of lack of responsibility in education and health in the general population, as the duty of all society as well as to publicize the importance of Bono as an initial step to eliminate extreme poverty, low level of access to schooling and health of the population under 18.
