Abstract

This paper seeks to establish the structure and level of debt financing more efficient and suitable for the company DFECUADOR SA, based on the theories of capital where experts tell us that the best capital structure is the one that generates the greatest value to a company. To put this into practice the historical figures in the financial statements of the Company and its behavior over the years will be reviewed, a projection of future years will be done with some level of debt with the cash flows of these years . With this information and the method of future flows the level of debt that generate greater value to the company, which can benefit and generate more investments will be reviewed.
