Abstract

Currently the alternatives to get low calorie products is more and more complicated, one of the main problems that affects the general population is being overweight. This is due to the lack of time when people cooked their meals and also because of the lack of knowledge about what you eat. Now days there is a niche in the market that is rapidly growing , it is formed by people from all ages that shared a common goal that is being healthy, this includes sports people , bodybuilders, people with diabetes and people in general who want and overall healthy life. Wi th this nutritional product we would be looking to satisfy a growing need when people buy low calorie products and that can be mixed with other ingredients. Egg whites are a very good ingredient that can be used in many recipes and its considerate a high source of proteins and amino acids that makes them the perfect ingredient for this kind of market.
