Abstract

In this work of investigation an offer of process improvement was realized for the implementation of international procedure of the company Bruguesa S.A. This company devotes itself fundamentally to the design, maintenance, repair, installation and system sales of Air conditioning. The first step was to realize you interview employees of the company of all the charges to know which were his functions nowadays, and hereby to be able to identify duplicity of work and that functions did not realize. With this information and together with the general manager and the administrative boss there was elaborated the manual of functions and the flowchart.
