La motivación de emprender el negocio sin duda alguna fue la de las tendencias de las constructoras actuales de vender un producto a escala, sin opción a cambios o variaciones en cuanto a dimensiones de la villa o acabados. A su vez los clientes se sienten encarcelados a un producto el cual no lo pueden modificar, y esto motivo a nuestra compañía en constituirse y vender villas personalizadas capaces de satisfacer las necesidades particulares de las familias ecuatorianas, particularmente las guayaquileñas.es
dc.description.abstractThe company was created by the intention of serving the clients who wish a personalized villa. The motivation of the business undertook undoubtedly someone was that of the trends of the construction current ones of selling a product to scale, without option to changes or variations as for dimensions of the villa or ended. In turn the clients feel imprisoned to a product which they cannot modify it, and this I motivate to our company in there constituting and being sold personalized villas capable of satisfying the particular needs of the Ecuadoran families, particularly the guayaquileñas.es
