Abstract

The corporate social responsibility (CSR) is important because the companies have involvement and commitment to the stakeholders. The stakeholders are affected for the organizational activities in the scope social, economic and environmental. The investigation define the facts and precedents the evolution of the latinoamericanos different countries referent to CSR In this context a conceptual review is performed about the social responsibility in business , ISO 26000 and the position of the stakeholders through a comparative analysis of countries such as Chile, Colombia and Ecuador identifying similarities , characteristics , strengths and weaknesses on CSR.
