Abstract

With this study to the notable sector, the most significant weaknesses will be able to be identified by means of practical methods and of easy understanding, generating benefits to the merchants of this sector, this way also facilitating organizational knowledge to him, they managing to in a direct and effective and like that way to deepen the routes to strengthen his tributary knowledge. The importance of the investigation, there is sustained in the persons' high index of this group dedicated to the trade, which serious emptinesses present in tributary culture, which originates disadvantages with the Tributary Administration, such as sanctions of economic nature and closing of his establishments, as well as also the lack in collection of income for the State, taxes, that is the most important source of the General Budget of the State. One expects to contribute with the development of this work of investigation, so that she is a guide to give the solution to future problems inside the Countable area - Tributary of the business located in the sector of the Dawn, north of Guayaquil.
