DISEÑO DE UNA PROPUESTA DE VIVIENDA DE CRECIMIENTO VERTICAL Y DE ALTA DENSIDAD QUE GENERE COHESIÓN SOCIAL EN EL PARQUE SAMANES

Abstract

Within the city of Guayaquil, by political will, social housing projects appear from time to time, which rarely generate, once people start living in these places, a feeling of belonging and community, they are usually treated as places of temporary accommodation to live there for a few years until people can leave these places, added to the fact that only people from the same social stratum are sought to inhabit these places, you will discover that over the years these sectors will become unsafe and forgotten neighborhoods. This problem that occurs not only within the city of Guayaquil, but examples can be seen throughout the country, as well as internationally, has generated neighborhoods that are in poor conditions that encourage the appearance of crime since they are in forgotten areas, ignoring the fact that the proper functioning and creation of neighborhoods for the working classes must be equipped with all basic services. This has led to the construction of social interest housing proposals in certain countries that allow cohesion between people of different origins, from those classified astween people of different origins, from those classified as “middle class”, to the working class who are close to the poverty line. With this in mind, it is possible to generate a change to these social interest housing projects that increase the social problems that occur in the marginalized areas of the city, and for this a location was sought that, although within the plans of the current administration, is forgotten. But it has unlimited development potential, such as the samanes park, in the heart of a middle-class neighborhood, where, if there is the possibility of carrying out social interest housing developments towards the sector, you can save on generating new infrastructure to urbanize a part of the city that remains forgotten and it can be supported that, by densifying this sector found in the north of the city close to several important points of the city, a housing project can be created that promotes and formulates the cohesion of a community between people from various strata of society.
