DISEÑO DE UN CENTRO CULTURAL PARA EL CANTÓN LOMAS DE SARGENTILLO

Abstract

This project is based in the design of a cultural center for Lomas de Sargentillo, Guayas. In this case, since the creative economy, also known as orange economy, has become more relevant worldwide during the last years, the need of promoting the consumption of cultural products and services in the community has been identified, where an architectonic project with similar characteristics has not been developed before. To execute this architectonic project, various norms that regulate the use of ground were taken as a reference, as well as recommendations that control specific aspects concerning to urban construction and equipment. Así mismo, para obtener información específica sobre las necesidades de los habitantes del cantón, se llevó a cabo una investigación de campo basada en un enfoque descriptivo considerando como población a los habitantes de Lomas de Sargentillo, a quienes se realizó una encuesta; y al exvicealcalde del cantón, Juan José Molina Ortiz, a quien se le realizó una entrevista. Además, se ejecutó un análisis documental con respecto a los casos análogos y los principales aspectos sobre el área de estudio, posteriormente se desarrolló un análisis del sitio y se llevó a cabo la selección del lugar adecuado para el desarrollo del proyecto. Finalmente, se presenta la propuesta formal, mediante los respectivos planos arquitectónicos, perspectivas y presupuesto referencial. Likewise, to obtain specific information about the needs of the community, a field research was conducted, based on a descriptive approach considering as population the inhabitants of Lomas de Sargentillo, to whom a survey was carried out; and the former vice mayor of the canton, Juan José Molina Ortiz, who was interviewed. In addition, a documentary analysis related to analogous cases and principal aspects about the study area was carried out; later, a research of the site conditions was performed, as well as, the election of the right place for the development of the project. Finally, the formal proposal is presented, through the respective architectural plans, perspectives and a reference budget.
