CENTRO INTEGRAL PARA LA CIUDAD DE MANTA

Abstract

The present design project of a Comprehensive Center for the city of Manta consists of generating recreational spaces for their multiple use by its citizens, appealing to the economic and tourist development of the canton, through the investigation of analogies, concepts and architectural criteria such as sustainability, minimalism and postmodernism. The basis of this thesis is the analysis of culture and how it can be implemented through architecture, achieving a style that applies the terms mentioned above. For this, the research is divided into chapters that make up the necessary tools, these being, for example: Ordinances, background, problems, among others, for the feasibility of the project, achieving an improvement in the sector.
