The lack of planning has caused the communities to perceive themselves fragmented, displaced from development, for which this research has been presented, whose objective is to design a space that encourages traditional agricultural activities in the Daule, Samborondón and Salitre cantons, through the connection of public physical spaces between cantons and a functionally adequate area, responding to the recreational needs that are evidenced by current urban growth. For the investigation, two interviews will be carried out with specialists, as well as a survey of 108 people from the Daule, Samborondón and Salitre cantons. According to the results obtained, the participants consider the vast majority of those surveyed beneficial open spaces and theme parks that promote the agricultural history of Guayas, improving the relationship between the inhabitants, in addition to emphasizing that these should be outdoors and inclusive for the entire population, so the desire to implement this style of free space can be evidenced, which benefits the research carried out. It can be concluded that theme parks or green spaces are of vital importance to promote social, economic and urban development within cities.es
